Name Anatomy

FIRST NAMES have a tremendous and far-reaching effect on a person's life. Activated at birth or even before, first names are repeated and used daily by way of writing, verbalization and thought. In fact, until a child gets to school age, he or she will probably only identify with a first name. As the first name is said, written, used and thought over and over every day, the vibrational energy of the name's frequency will affect the formation and expression of a personality, encouraging certain traits and downplaying others. Choice of friends and mates, career preferences, financial habits and health tendencies are all impacted by the first name. Everyone has an innate personality... with the first name providing many of the finishing touches!

NICKNAMES might be shortened versions of a given name or an invented pet name. If a nickname is used often enough, its influence will trickle into the personality. Ideally, only one name should be used; otherwise, multiple names can lead to personality fragmenting or even an identity crisis. Interestingly, the use of consonant-only initials (like BJ or JP) will produce primarily physical experiences throughout life.

MIDDLE NAMES influence an individual's self perception. For most, a middle name is either never used or hidden behind a middle initial away from public notice. Thus, the relationship between a person and his or her middle name is a very private and intimate one. It is important to review just how a middle name and first name interact. For instance, for someone named Joe, a middle name of Michael would offer a very stabilizing quality to the more emotionally oriented mood of Joe. But a middle name of Dennis in combination with Joe could encourage extreme emotional chaos! The middle name or initial does double duty, also becoming a component in the full name vibration. If included on a regular basis, a middle name or initial will reconfigure the influence of the first and last name. Some folks have a stronger full name with a middle name or initial while others are better going without. For instance, Bill Gates requires no middle name or initial. Hillary Rodham Clinton is helped immensely by the use of her middle name while George W. Bush would do better without his middle initial.

Women's MAIDEN NAMES must be considered at marriage (or divorce) time because the surname affects the full name as a whole. Many women notice major changes in their finances or professional lives after taking on a husband's last name. There are now acceptable options available with the use of hyphenated last names or continued use of the maiden name. All variations should be considered in order to choose the optimum effect.

LAST NAMES set up subtle undercurrents that affect all members of a family even through generations. They provide a common thread which can affect attitudes, goals, and achievements... for better or worse. As an example, the name "Kennedy" produces an intense humanitarian call, while the name "Fonda" creates an ability to play a role with precision.

FULL NAMES (with first, middle initial or middle name - or not - and last name) predict and project the character of a person's job environment, travel and finances. Overall, one's life experiences are colored dramatically by the full name influence. Because a legal signature can have several variations, one should choose to use a full name that brings the most strength and support. Your bank account may well depend on it!
